2600718 - Will an assignment profile (AP) assign an item more than once?

Adding an item in a previously propagated assignment profile (AP).

1. Create an assignment profile with a user and an item >
2. Propagate >
3. Record completion for the user >
4. Add another item to the assignment profile >
5. Propagate.

An AP will not assign the same item to the same user more than once except if:

• The item is added in the assignment profile as free-floating and as part of curriculum/curricula. If that is the case, the item will be shown in the user learning plan as:
1. For the free-floating assignment: Origin = System AP
2. For the curriculum assignment: Origin = Curriculum
   
   There will never be more than one "Origin = System AP" with the same AP for the same item.
