2601434 - Time Account Posting Displays Single Days and not as Consolidated.

Symptom

When an employee submits an absence request covering consecutive days in a single request, the corresponding Time Account postings are displayed as separate daily entries in the Time Account view.

 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. The employee submits a time off request covering multiple consecutive days;
  2. When checking the Time Account details, you will observe that the total deduction is displayed as individual daily postings rather than as one consolidated entry.

Resolution

This behavior is standard system design. Time account postings are created and stored at the daily level. Even when multiple days are requested within a single time off request, the system generates one posting per calendar day.
