2601591 - Outlook Add-In MSI Installer for SAP Cloud for Customer

You need the MS Outlook Add-In for SAP Cloud for Customer as MSI installer instead of an EXE installer.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the System.
2. Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner and select 'Download'.
3. Find the Add-In for MS Outlook and download the Outlook EXE installer.
4. MSI is not available in the download area.

The MSI installer for Outlook is only available via the application download area.

1. Go to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter/search/C4C_OUTLK_ADDIN_MSI
2. Log in with an authorized S-User.
3. Click the 'Available to Download' tab.
4. Download the desired .msi file.

If the page stays blank, download is not working etc. please contact the SAP Customer Interaction Center CIC as all authorizations are based on a valid S- User with the correct authorization.
