Symptom

Legal change of Partial revision of Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employee’s Pension Insurance Act (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ordinance No.10 of 2018) was promulgated on 31 January, 2018. A new form layout becomes effective from March 5, 2018, but revision of statutory forms is planned to be released around April 30, 2018. This KBA explains which form layout should be submitted before correction note is released.
