2601684 - Detailed Reporting doesn't show any tables to be added - ORD

Symptom

When creating a new list report there is no tables to be selected under Detailed Reporting query.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

Online Report Designer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Reporting tab;
  2. Create a report;
  3. Add a Table > List report;
  4. Edit Query;
  5. Select New under detailed reporting;
  6. No tables appears to be selected.

Cause

The option "Platform Client (Adhoc Data Source)" was not selected on provisioning, therefore the detailed reporting is not completely enabled.

Resolution

It is required to check the box "Platform Client (Adhoc Data Source)" on provisioning. You can reach out to your partner to request to select this option or open an case with Cloud Support.
