2601938 - Candidate is Unable to See the Job Description in Jobs Applied

A candidate is unable to see the Job description of their applied jobs.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to the candidate profile in the external career site.
2. Click on the jobs applied.
3. Name of the applied job can be seen.
4. But the Job description is not available for the applied jobs.

1. To make this job description accessible even after the job posting has been removed.
2. Select Manage Recruiting Settings.
3. Enable Show job description to Applicants even after the job posting is taken down.

Please Note: when you have Mobile Apply enabled with RMK, it is the expected system behavior that the job description will not be available.

The "Show job description to Applicants even after the job posting is taken down" option will work only with RCM when mobile apply is not enabled.
