Reproducing the Issue
Access a Citrix Terminal Server environment and open the Business ByDesign URL.
Resolution
Citrix Terminal Server might work but is not supported from SAP side for Business ByDesign in case of purely Citrix environment issues. This includes Citrix W7 and Citrix W10 access too.
