The return/sender email address when manually generating an email to a candidate is not editable.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting > Job Requisitions
2. Click on a job req
3. Select a candidate 
4. Select the "Email" icon
5. Selects appropriate email template
6. See that the return/sender email address is not editable

1. Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings
2. Enable "Make return email address editable in 'Email Candidate'"
3. If this option is checked, end users sending ad hoc emails to candidates can change the “From” e-mail address to a free text value.
