2602147 - Transport Organizer does not load when promoting CTS+ job

Symptom

  • When clicking on 'Transport Organizer' on the promote page of a Change and Transport System (CTS) job, the page does not load properly and the following error is seen:
    The webpage at <WEB ADDRESS> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address

    It can be seen in the URL in the error that the SYSID parameter of the URL is <%2fProper
    Eg:
    https://<HOST>:<PORT>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/cts_organizer?SYSID=<%2fProper&OWNER=<EXAMPLEOWNER>&APPLICATION_TYPE_BOLM

  • The following error may also be seen:
    "The system </PROPER/ client is unknown"
