2602277 - WS Navigator is not available after patching

Symptom

  • After installing the latest patches on the system the WS Navigator is not available and its icon has disappeared from the system Start Page.
  • Trying to call it via http:// <host>:<port>/wsnavigator 503 Service Unavailable error will occur.
  • Logs may show the following error:

DisabledApplicationException: Application [sap.com/tc~esi~esp~wsnav~ui] can not be started because its startup mode is defined as DISABLED in application-j2ee-engine.xml file.
