2602330 - CSOL Upon-Saving Checks not working

You activate CSOL, even set "Upon-Saving Checks" to ON in Administration Cockpit, but the CSOL check does not work. Even though there is CSOL lock for one object, when you trying to save changes for this object, there is no Popup.

SAP_BASIS

Activate CSOL, perform changes in managed systems, saving changes to transport request.

There is a bug in SAP_BASIS.

Implement note 2468171 in all involved managed systems.
