2602682 - Contingent Worker Job Information Records Missing

Symptom

A Contingent Worker with both required Work Order records are missing either or both the Start and End Contingent Worker Records in Job Information.

Environment

Employee Central - Contingent Worker

Resolution

If the dates in the Work Order are correct. 

To correct the data in Job Information you will need to carry out a full purge import of Job History including a SCWK record which matches the start date of the Work Order information.

If the dates in the Work Order are not correct. 

To correct the you will need to carry a Full Purge import of work order and then carry out a full purge import of Job History including a SCWK record which matches the start date of the Work Order information.

Rehired to a New work Order:

The Job History will only be updated if a user is rehired to a new work order via the Add Contingent Worker UI, new work orders added via Actions on the users profile, will not update the Job History for that user.
