2602728 - Dump UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION when starting RSPLAN

Symptom

When starting RSPLAN the following error occurs:

ABAP programming error
UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE
CL_RSPLS_HDB_SWITCH
EPM-BPC-BW4-PLA

This exception is closely related to a previous exception "CX_RSR_FIPT_ERROR", 
which was raised in program "CL_RSR_FIPT_VAL2SID_PREFETCH==CP",
in line 46 of (include) program "CL_RSR_FIPT_VAL2SID_PREFETCH==CM002".

The reason for the exception occurring was: Fiscal year variant  not expected 

"UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE
"SAPLRRMS" bzw. LRRMSU13
"RRMS_X_MESSAGE"
