Symptom
- Rebuilding the Platform Search Index by the typical means is unsuccessful
- Rebuild button is checked, but indexing never restarts
- Perpetually large number of InfoObjects in indexing or extraction queues, never decreases
- A problem has been explicitly identified with one of the four queues which cannot be resolved by re-indexing
