Symptom

Web application [XMII] cannot be started. Exception in default trace is as below:

Global [startApp] operation of application [sap.com/xapps~xmii~ear] finished with errors for [333] ms on server process Errors
com.sap.engine.services.jmsconnector.exceptions.BaseDeploymentException: JMS error.
at com.sap.engine.services.jmsconnector.container.JmsContainerImpl.loadDestination(JmsContainerImpl.java:1304)
...
Caused by: javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: Cannot create connection with user: <user>
