2603138 - Moving candidate to status 'Hired' with ODATA API does not auto-close the requisition

When moving a candidate to the status 'Hired' using ODATA API, the requisition will not auto-close even if it is configured to do so once the last position is filled.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

- Ensure that the feature “When number of remaining openings becomes less than one, Automatically close requisitions with status [SELECT STATUS]" is active.

- Using ODATA API, move a candidate to 'Hired' status, filling the last position on the job requisition.

- It will not close automatically.

Currently, the auto-close functionality happens with the confirmation pop-up on the UI. As there is no such step when using ODATA, it will not trigger at all.

This is expected behaviour. The job requisition will have to be closed manually. Product Management is considering changing this behaviour in the future, please check for existing enhancement requests and add your vote.
