During Basic Configuration activity Monitoring - Create Self-Monitoring Scenario fails with an error "Exception while creating/maintaining self-monitoring scenario" as shown below:

In the Message Context the following error can be observered

" Self-Monitoring technical scenario in LMDB could not be created"

and

" Unexpected error while retrieving data from Landscape API."
