Symptom

HADR uses DR_maint as the maintenance user for SAP Replication Server (SRS) to login to the target server.
- DR_maint encountered Login failed with these messages in the SRS errorlog:
- ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(104 <SID>_<Logical_Host>.<SID>) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5337)
Message from server: Message: 4002, State 1, Severity 14 -- 'Login failed. - ERROR #1027 DSI(104 <SID>_<Logical_Host>.<SID>) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5221)
Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 67175468, Severity 4 -- 'ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: external error: The attempt to connect to the server failed.'.
ERROR #13045 DSI(104 <SID>_<Logical_Host>.<SID>) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5225)
Failed to connect to server '<SID>_<Logical_Host>.<SID>' as user 'DR_maint'. See CT-Lib and/or server error messages for more information.
The DSI thread for database '<SID>_<Logical_Host>.<SID>' is shutdown.
- The above error is not limited to just the DR_maint user, it could happen on any maintenance user.
