2604225 - Sync Report Center failed

• Sync Report Center job has failed in Provisioning
• Previous reports are not showing
• New reports are showing, but after refreshing the page they are gone

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

• The "Enable Generic Objects - requires "Enable the Attachment Manager" feature is not enabled in Provisioning. This is a prerequisite for non EC customers.
• The Solr Cluster is not working properly in Provisioning

Scenario 1

Enable the option "Enable Generic Objects - requires "Enable the Attachment Manager" in Provisioning and run the Sync Report Center job. 2353719 - How to Sync Report Center - Error occurs while fetching reports from the Report Center. If that does not work or you do not have access to Provisioning, please reach out to your partner or open a support case.

To upgrade Report Center Generic object feature is mandatory. There will be an enhancement for this B1802: If the instance does not have Generic Objects enabled, customer will not be allowed to upgrade from Upgrade Center.

Scenario 2

Follow 2583662 - Reports already created are not appearing on the Report Center . If the issue persists please open a support case.
