 How to Obtain the Onboarding 1.0 Instance ID when implementing Onboarding for the first time.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

SF Support do not supply these details.

  1. An email should have been sent out by the Provisioning team with the details of the new Onboarding 1.0 account once the implementation process has started.
  2. If you haven't received this email, please get in touch with the Provisioning team as they are the only ones that have this information.
  3. If you are unable to contact the Provisioning team you will need to contact Partner support and they will be able to assist you further.
