When terminating a user, the balance posted on the time account is correct as per the termination rule.
However, after submitting the termination, you can see the Time Account Balance as of Termination Date is not reflecting this.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Terminate user on the today (6th Feb), with a termination date in the past, for example the 1st Feb.
2. 20 days are posted to the time account as eper the termination rule.
3. The balance on the time account is now correct, however if you check the employment details > Time Account Balance as of Termination Date is showing zero.
This issue is caused by an incorrect configuration of the termination rule.
In it, "Today" is used as the booking date / Posting Date, which causes the system to ignore the accruals if "today" is after the termination date.
Please ask the customer to change this to either accruable start date or accruable end date.
