As of 1802 the Silverlight User Interface is deprecated. This means, that any Work Centers, that are not related to Administration functionality, will not be supported by SAP. Any issues encountered in these screens
(e.g. Accounts, Sales Leads) in the Silverlight mode only, will not be fixed.

Cloud for Customer 1802 and higher
Reproducing the Issue
Various errors, that appear in the Silverlight mode only.
Cause
Silverlight is deprecated since 1802.
Resolution
It is recommended to use HTML5 and the responsive UI instead.
