Symptom

  • ATP Result Mode in OVZJ: Understanding Full, One-Time, and Delivery Proposal Behavior for Sales Order Confirmation and BOP
  • Sales orders are not confirmed by back order processing (BOP).
  • Sales orders appear to ignore the configured result mode in OVZJ (full, one-time, or delivery proposal).
  • The ATP delivery proposal screen is not shown when expected, or appears unexpectedly depending on foreground/background processing.
  • Manual ATP screen usage allows partial confirmations even when OVZJ is set to full delivery.
