User gets "Could not open app. Please try again later." pop up after clicking a tile on Fiori Launchpad and the console displays the following symptoms:
- Failed to resolve navigation target: "#CreditDecisionDocument-display?
- This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by missing role assignment.
- Could not resolve navigation target sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller jquery.sap.global-dbg.js
