When you try to add a home address, you will find that the country field displays duplicate countries.
- Strange behavior when trying to add home address, you will not see all of the configured home address fields are displayed in the UI.

Reproducing the Issue
1. On the home address portlet, click the edit icon and try to add home address, only address type and country fileds are avaialble.
2. When you click on country field, notice that the country list is duplicated.
This issue is caused by using an incorrect data type of Picklist on the Country field in the HRIS Element HomeAddress and referencing the ISOCountryList picklist.
Remove the picklist and set to "No Selection", remove the type of reference object and set to "No Selection". Once you save, the data type will change to string.
