2605329 - New accounts created in BizX have not been generated in LMS

New accounts created in BizX recently have not been generated in LMS and the job is Successful.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. In BizX go to Manage Users;
2. Search for respective User;
3. User is present;
4. Go to LMS Admin side;
5. Go to Users->Users;
6. Search for the same User;
7. User is not found.

"User Connector - SF" job has not run yet.

Verify the connector's schedule and last run:

1. Go to System Admin->Connectors->User Connector - SF;
2. Verify that "Current Job Status" is "Scheduled";
3. Look for "Next Job Execution";
4. You can also verify "Last Job Execution Result" if it is successful and "Last Job Execution" for when it was run.
