2605351 - How to evaluate ABAP exception message

Symptom

An RFC call fails and the ABAP exception reports the ID of the error message, for example:

com.sap.conn.jco.AbapException: (126) CREATE_FAILURE: CREATE_FAILURE Message 016 of class SDEST type E, Par[1]: AS_JAVA_HTTP, Par[2]: G
====

There is a need to clarify what this particular error means.
