2605476 - When Afaria Windows Client is installed on a non-English Operating System, the client scheduler does not fire

Symptom

  • When Afaria Client is installed on non-English Windows OS (or English Windows OS with MUI - Multilingual User Interface), the client scheduler does not fire (this has been observed on, but not limited to Russian and French OS)
  • With the same client on an English Windows OS, the client scheduler works as expected.
