2605490 - Defaulting Country Field for National ID Information in Manage Pending Hire Wizard

• We have created an onInit rule to default the country to be Italy in the national ID portlet for the Onboarding to EC integration
• When we view a user in Manage data, the National ID card type and National ID number appear underneath the text box

1. Send user through from Onboarding

2. Check National ID Information in Manage Pending Hire for Candidate

The issue is due to the configuration of the onInit rule defaulting the country. The rule cannot be always true and must have a null checker included in the IF statement

Create a new rule with base object employee information

Add in the following condition instead of always true

If

Employee Information. National ID Information is equal to Null

National Id Information , Card Type , National ID Card Type , National ID Number , Business Rule , onInit Business Rule , Add New Employee , Rehire Inactive Employee , Manage Pending Hires , Onboarding to Employee Central , Field Mapping , National ID Card Type not defaulting in EC , Underneath Field , KBA , LOD-SF-EC-INT , Manage Pending Hires (Integration RCM/ ONB/ OBX + UI) , LOD-SF-OBD-INT , Integrations with Onboarding , How To
