Reproducing the Issue

In the Compensation Template set your Rating Label Format as 'Text' or 'Number-Text' > Launch a Comp Form > Complete it and then Generate a Statement > Rating field value is showing as Number despite of the selected Rating Label Format.

Cause

Currently Standard Compensation Statement only supports numeric value.

Resolution

There is already an open enhancement request to support 'Text' and 'Number-Text'. Engineering Team will be conducting analysis on how this can be achieved.

If the statememt rating value as 'Text' and/or 'Number-Text' is significantly needed you may opt to have a Customized Compensation Statement. Please check this article 2084848 - Statements - Costs and Process to Personalize Compensation Statements - Compensation.
