 System allowing to save record without filling mandatory supervisor field.

Naviagte to employee's job info record--->Do not fill in manager/supervisor field though its mandatory--->make other changes--->Save

System saves the record

In supervisor field we can select a user as direct manager  or “No Manager”.No Manager value will be displayed in this field by default.System considers it as an entry if your selection in the field is "No Manager".

During the transaction No Manager value is defaulted in the field and hence system is not throwing any error.System will throw error if no manager value is removed and then try to save.

 This is the behavior by design
