2606530 - The Matrix Grid Rating Scale names are not translated within the Help icon on the Performance-Potential or Objective-Competency Summary section

Symptom

In the Performance-Potential Summary section or the Objective-Competency Summary section, the Rating Scale name is displayed in English US (default locale).

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue

In the Performance-Potential Summary section (or the Objective-Competency Summary section), click on the Help icon beside the rating scale name to display the description of the rating scale values.

Cause

The Matrix Grid Rating Scale names within the Help icon window corresponds with the scale-id in the data model, not a translation of the Rating Scale name.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior, it is not possible to translate the Matrix Grid rating Scale in this section
Only the rating labels can be changed using different locales.
