2606737 - DB2 Connect error "CLI0150E Driver not capable".

Symptom

After setup of secondary connection "multiconnect" to DB2 z/OS database from SAP system using Oracle as primary database, the following error is reported when "ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION" connection test is performed using tcode SE38:
