2606796 - "Could not create file list" is reported while loading packages in SPAM/SAINT

Symptom

Loading support packages in SPAM/SAINT finished with error messages:

  • Error  message "Could not create file list" is reported when the packages are loaded from application server.
  • Error  "An error occurred while saving file '\\<GlobalHost>\sapmnt\trans\tmp\<package name>.sar' on the application server" occurs if a package is loaded from frontend.
