2607213 - When call arrived in CCtr, the caller gets one tone invitation and then silence


  • Signaling error
  • CCtr (SAP Contact Center) is not replying with the correct codec requirements needed for the call
  • The re-invites should provide the supported codec and their attributes, but CCtr replies with the incorrect supported codec (for example 116 = G726) and no attributes
