2607236 - Deleted vendor subrange in purchasing info record reappears - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

In transaction ME12, you have deleted vendor subrange (EINA-LTSNR) in purchasing info record. In the change log you can see vendor subrange field has been updated to blank. However, after a period of time, the previous vendor subrange value reappears in the purchasing info record, and there are no change log to show this change.
