• While performing an upgrade using the Software Upgrade Manager (SUM), you encounter an error during the phase PREP_INPUT/DBQUERY_PRE
  Below is an example of what you might find in the SAPupConsole.log file:

  You notice that the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not included in the CHKSYSPWD.SAV file.
