Admins can search for assignment profile attributes outside of their domain

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign a domain to an admin
  2. Admin goes to an Assignment Profile and edits the attributes
  3. Admin can search for an attribute that is outside their domain

Resolution

This is expected behavior. When updating attributes, admin can search and select anything.
