2607669 - Boomi Execution Error Code: Connection reset


You are developing one DELL Boomi Custom iFlow to connect with your SuccessFactors API. In your processes logs you received the following error:

Huge payload that probably is taking more of time of the timeout limit configured in the Boomi connector


  1. Please open your Boomi process logs and capture the JSESSIONID
  2. Access your SuccessFactors in the Admin Center > OData API Audit logs and search by the SESSIONID field
  3. Review the Response(ms) column.  If the time is greater than of your Boomi Connector configuration, this is the issue.

To resolve these issue, kindly try to change the following fields:

  • Default Batch Size
  • Default Query Page Size
  • HTTP/Web Service Timeout


Reducing the Bacth/Page size and increasing the Timeout, this will make the call (Query/Upsert/etc) faster in the SF side and avoid the Boomi timeout in the connector.
