2607703 - Error - No Permission to access Team Calibration Summary tile

• Unable to access and remove a ToDo item from the Team Calibration Summary tile.

• Success Factors Calibration

• As a manager click on the Team Calibration Summary tile and the ToDo item in question.
• The error "No Permission to access Team Calibration Summary tile" will appear.

A manager who no longer has any direct reports will be unable to access and remove the item from the Team Calibration Summary tile.

• The ToDo item should be removed while the manager still has direct reports.

Workaround:

• In order to access and remove the item form the Team Calibration Summary tile, you will be required to dismiss the tile when the user in question is temporarily given a direct report.
• Once a direct report is temporarily given, you will have the option to dismiss the tile if you are on homepage V3 or there will be a warning message stating the tile is inaccessible and it will disappear next time you open it.
