2607738 - Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access is not visible

Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access is not visible despite having full admin access.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Tools
2. Search for Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access and it will not be visible

The Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access tool will only be visible to usernames that have been created through Provisioning. Examples of such usernames include "SFADMIN" and "adminsf". These credentials will initially be provided to you either by our Support Team or by Partners.

The Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access tool does not support proxy per KBA 3667810. 

1. Identify an admin user created in Provisioning > Login from that account.
2. Go to Admin Center > Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access. 
3. Choose the user that you want to grant access to this page and check the tick mark symbol under Allow Access to This Page.

In case the tool is missing and you do not recognize any user created via Provisioning, submit a support case under component LOD-SF-PLT-ADM to request a new super admin user to be created, providing necessary details as per KBA 2186617. After accessing the system with new user created, you can provide access to the other admins.
