2607738 - Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access pages are not visible

• Admin user is not able to search for "Manage Super Admin Access" page in SuccessFactors
• "Manage RBP Admin Access" page is not visible in SuccessFactors despite having full admin access.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Tools
2. Search for either: Manage RBP Admin Access and/or Manage Super Admin Access.
3. Not result is displayed.

The Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access tool will only be visible initially to usernames that have been created through Provisioning. Examples of such usernames include "SFADMIN" and "adminsf". These credentials will initially be provided to you either by our Support Team or by Partners.

If an admin user created inside SF instance wishes to have access to these pages, then a Super Admin user will need to provide these permissions to them manually:

1. Identify an admin user created in Provisioning > Login from that account (proxy won't work for that).
2. Go to Admin Center.
3. search for "Manage RBP Admin Access" or "Manage Super Admin Access"(according to your needs).
4. Choose the user that you want to grant access to this page and check the tick mark symbol under Allow Access to This Page.

In case the tool is missing and you do not recognize any user created via Provisioning, submit a support case under component LOD-SF-PLT-ADM to request a new super admin user to be created, providing necessary details as per KBA 2186617. After accessing the system with new user created, you can provide access to the other admins.

Note: as of the 2H 2025 Release, the admin tool previously known as Manage Role-Based Permission Access has been renamed to Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access. More details can be found in Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access.

NOTE: Both, Manage RBP Admin Access and Manage Super Admin Access tools do not support proxy - as per KBA 3667810.
