2607849 - Logon screen is prompted repeatedly after enter Logon credentials when accessing through Web Dispatcher

When logging on via Web Dispatcher to Portal, Fiori Launchpad, or any other SICF service where credentials are required, the following URL is used:

https://<SAP_Web_Dispatcher_Host>:<SAP_Web_Dispatcher_HTTPS_Port>/<Path_to_SICF_Service>

After credentials are entered, the logon screen is prompted again instead of the home page of the service.
