2608358 - Unable to Map Country Fields from Onboarding to Employee Central - Onboarding 1.0

• Fields no longer map in Manage Pending Hires when the BizX language is changed for example, German
• Having difficulties mapping Country Code to Manage pending Hires

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Logon to BizX using English Locale
2. Navigate to Manage pending Hires
3. Select Candidate
4. View that mapping is working for example, National ID, Address Information
5. Navigate to Options
6. Change language to for example, German
7. Navigate to Manage pending Hires
8. Select Candidate
9. View that mapping is no longer working for example, National ID, Address Information

2. Settings
3. Data Dictionary
4. EC Tag
5. Create a new key for example, CountryExtCode Data Type String

      6.   On the Same tag, find the old key for example, ng_hireCountry change the Integration type to Suite and add the new Key as the External Code.

    7. In BizX

    8. Field Mapping tool for Integration with Employee Central

    9. Remove mapping for the old Key for example, ng_hireCountry, and add mapping for the new key, and save
