2608663 - Zone Hierarchy - Zones do not inherit locations from sub-zones when planning

Freight Units are not displayed in the Transportation Cockpit when the destination location of the FU is in the child zone of the transportation zone specified in the Selection Profile.

For example, there is a Transportation Zone Hierarchy:

      Zone A

           --> Zone B

                  --> Zone C

                         ...

• Plan a Freight Unit that has a destination location within Transportation Zone C.
• In the Selection Profile, specify a higher level zone (i.e. Zone A or B) that contains Zone C, as the "Destination Zone".
• The Freight Unit does not show up in the Transportation Cockpit when planning
