2608722 - How to revoke permission for Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access

User still has access to Manage RBP Admin Access and Manage Super Admin Access tool despite removing the RBP permissions.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage RBP Admin Access or Manage Super Admin Access page. 
2. Select the name you want to remove access.
3. Remove the permissions for View and Edit for both Role and Group.
4. Save the changes.
5. Login as the user whom you have removed the access, navigate to Admin Center and you will still be able to access Manage RBP Admin Access tool.

Complete steps were not followed to remove the access. 

To revoke the access to the Manage RBP Admin Access page, you would need to remove the user from the list of Super Admins in Manage Super Admin Access page. This is to ensure that the user does not have the "Manage RBP and Super Admin Access", which provides the access to both the Manage RBP Admin Access and Manage Super Admin Access page.

Note: As of the 1H 2026 Release, the Manage RBP Admin Access and Manage Super Admin Access page has been separated and split into two admin tools. Previously, you managed RBP admins in Manage RBP Admin and Super Admin Access. Super Admins are now managed on Manage Super Admin Access page itself while the Manage RBP Admin Access manages the admins who have access to the RBP tools.
