2608857 - How to save a report on LMS


LMS admin wants to save an existing report with certain criteria for further use.


SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)


  1. Go to Reports;
  2. Find the report you would like to save and click on it;
  3. Select the criteria;
  4. Click Save Report;
  5. Inform the
  6. Provide the description (optional);
  7. Click Submit;

Now the report with the specific criteria selected will be available on the Saved Reports tab from the Reports menu.

Note any changes to a saved report will not reflect in a prior scheduled version of that report as it scheduled reports save the original information provided at time of schedule and you will need to reschedule after making changes to the saved report.
