2608949 - PY-BE: Belcotax XML validator error ( fiche 281.17 )

Symptom

  • In some cases, the xml validator of the tax authorities reports a blocking error for the fiche 281.17.
  • XML validation is in line with the brochure BoW 2018 version 6/2/2018 but not in line with the debtor notice for fiche 281.17 from the tax authorities .
  • This problem is limited to fiche 281.17 when crossed compensation” on complementary indemnity happened (reimbursement of complementary indemnity for a period before 01.01.2016/after 31.12.2015 compensated on complementary payment for period after 31.12.2015/before 01.01.2016). It concerns the third and fourth validation checks as mentioned in section 5.2.11 of the Belcotax brochure.
