  • User gets "Could not open app. Please try again later." pop up on Fiori launchpad after clicking a tile.
  • Browser console display the following errors:
    • Cannot construct Shell Hash for LPD_CUST resolution - the given target mapping is not an object sap.ushell_abap.adapters.abap.ClientSideTargetResolutionAdapter
    • Failed to resolve navigation target:, i.e.
