2609157 - Health Check: Assignment of Work Center Views Requires Adjustment

The system triggers a Health Check message in your system with below description:

Description
The system has detected inconsistencies in work center assignments for a user. There are 5 possible situations that can occur to cause this.

Error Information
Message: User XYZ has the following problems:
Message: EXXX - Miscellaneous errors found
Message: Role ABC of type 1 assigned to user XYZ is not in scope

(ABC represents the role Work Center View ID; XYZ represents the technical ID of the Business User)

Note: 

• Rellated e-mails might be triggered to one or multiple users.
• The emails are related to the subject: "Check Incident ABC - Assignment of work center views requires adjustment" (where ABC represents an incident ID) .

• SAP Business ByDesign 
• SAP Cloud for Customer

The business user XYZ is assigned to the invalid Work Center View ID ABC.

For all error messages you need to go to the Application and User Management work center and to the respective user to modify the access rights of the user.

E009 - Technical conflicts between the views assigned to the user

If two or more work center views that were assigned to this user conflict with each other, then you need to remove one of the work center views.

E010 - Missing prerequisite views for already assigned views to the user

If the user was assigned to a work center containing prerequisite views that were not assigned to him or her, then you need assign the prerequisite view or views for the work center.

E011 - Missing mandatory views for already assigned work centers to the user

If the user was assigned to a work center containing mandatory views that were not assigned to him or her, then you need to assign the mandatory view or views for the work center.

E015 – Combination of work center and work center view invalid

If the user was assigned a work center view that does not belong to the work center with which it was attributed, then you need remove the invalid combination and then assign the appropriate work center that contains this view.

E016 - Wrong role assignment restriction assigned to the user

The user's authorization does not allow him or her to access this view.
