2609262 - "Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field TimeZoneCode with value ABC"

Symptom

When trying to replicate customers from ERP with time zone (ABC - ANC means a generic ID), the following error occurs in the incoming payload: "Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field TimeZoneCode with value ABC"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator Work Center and select Web Service Messages Monitoring
  2. Change the query to "Erroneous messages"
  3. Select a failed message, choose actions and then error log
  4. Message failed with error "Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field TimeZoneCode with value ABC"

Cause

The time zone ABC is not available in C4C system.

Resolution

You should maintain a Code List Mapping (via Business Configuration) for the time zone as follows:

  1.  Go to Work Center  Business Configuration and click on overview.
  2.  Search the configuration element "Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions"
  3.  Go to Maintain Code List Mapping
  4.  In tab "Code List Mapping Definition" select "TimeZoneCode" for Local Data Type Name.
  5.  In tab "Code List Mapping Rule" select Mapping Rule = "Map Individual Codes" 
  6.  Click on "Add Row" to create a new entry: "External code" ABC: mapped to C4C Local Code
